A very simple carrot cake!

You know sometimes when you just fancy cake... and I mean a good slice of cake- nothing fancy, just sponge, jam, and butter cream [or cream cheese frosting in this case]. This is that cake.

As simple as it can get- but sometimes you need that to really taste the flavour within.
